Your data is safe with us. Any information you submit to the Upstage API will not be used for AI model training or service R&D, so you can confidently use the service.

For asynchronous APIs, input data is temporarily stored only until the inference is complete (up to 3 days), and output data is retained for up to 30 days to support feature functionalities. However, neither will be used for AI development or training purposes.

⚠️ Please note: Input and output data in the Upstage Console (such as the Playground) may be stored and used for service improvement, AI R&D, or legal compliance.
